PURPOSE: A host apparatus blocking method in an internet protocol version 6 (IPv6) network and a network managing apparatus implementing the same are provided to collect addresses of host apparatuses and to block a specific host apparatus based on a neighbor cache. CONSTITUTION: A host apparatus managing unit (510) manages multiple host apparatuses. The host apparatus managing unit determines a blocked host apparatus among the multiple host apparatuses. A blocked address determining unit (530) determines at least one blocked IP address among a link local address and a global address of the blocked host apparatus based on a blocked range of the blocked host apparatus. A forged message transmitting unit (550) transmits a neighbor advertisement (NA) message informing that a medium access control (MAC) address corresponding to the blocked IP address is a forged MAC address.
