PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel light-emitting device excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: In a light-emitting device in which a light-emitting diode (LED) layer is provided on a substrate, a metal oxide semiconductor (CAAC-OS (C Axis Aligned Crystalline Oxide Semiconductor)) substrate including a crystalline part having a c-axis which is roughly perpendicular to a surface of the substrate is used as the substrate. The substrate may be a CAAC-OS substrate monolayer or may have a structure in which thin film CAAC-OS substrates are laminated on a base substrate. |
