PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive that exhibits excellent adhesiveness even when using either of glass and a thermoplastic resin as an adherend and has excellent solvent resistance.SOLUTION: The adhesive uses glass 10 and/or a resin layer 30, 30' comprising a thermoplastic resin (A) as an adherend and comprises a thermoplastic resin (b) having a glass transition temperature above 200°C, a thermosetting monomer (c) having at least one substituent represented by -SiR'(OR)(where R represents a 1-5C linear or branched alkyl group; R' represents a 1-5C linear or branched alkyl group; x represents an integer of 0-2; y represents an integer of 1-3; and x+y=3) and a catalyst (d) acting on the substituent represented by -SiR'(OR). The thermoplastic resin (b) has compatibility with the thermosetting monomer (c) and also has compatibility with the thermoplastic resin (A).
