PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall reinforcement structure for surely and sufficiently reinforcing a partition wall.SOLUTION: A partition wall reinforcement structure 30 is configured to reinforce a partition wall 10 under a ceiling. This partition wall reinforcement structure 30 includes: a support material 312 supported by handing bolts 21 in an attic space that extends in an almost horizontal direction along the apex of the partition wall 10; a pair of head connections 32 installed along the apex of the partition wall 10; anti-vibration hardware 33 fixed to the head connections 32 that penetrates a ceiling surface material 24, and reaches the ceiling space; and an annular wire 34 for connecting the anti-vibration hardware 33 to the support material 312.
