The present invention relates to a printing plate for reverse offset printing, a method for manufacturing same, and a method for forming a bezel pattern by using the printing plate. The printing plate for the reverse offset printing, according to one embodiment of the present invention, is effective for forming the bezel pattern on a display substrate.
