Provided is a fluid controller actuator such that a plurality of bolts for affixing an inner spring retainer to a casing are unnecessary, resulting in a simple configuration and a hassle-free assembly, and moreover is such that it is possible to adjust the biasing force of a biasing member from outside after assembly. The inner spring retainer (15) has a shaft (22) and a cylindrical tube (23) provided to the bottom end of the shaft (22), and the upper peripheral edge of a through hole (12a) of the biasing member (12) is pressed by the bottom end of the cylindrical tube (23). The shaft (22) passes through an outer spring retainer member (16) and extends upwards. An adjustment screw (19) for positioning the inner spring retainer (15) by means of the bottom end thereof contacting the top surface of the shaft (22) of the inner spring retainer (15) is screwed to the top wall (11d) of the casing (11).
