The invention relates to a thermoplastic composition comprising: at least one starch; at least one starch plasticiser; and at least one functional polyolefin, in which the functional polyolefin is a mixture of functional polyolefins comprising a functionalised polyethylene including at least one functional compound bearing at least one polar function and a functionalised polyethylene wax including at least one functional compound bearing at least one polar function. This composition has improved properties and can be used in particular to produce films.
