<p>Tapping head (1), having means (31) for fixing to a mouth (B) of a pressurised drink container, a plunger (4) having an axial through channel (41), through which a tube (2) is insertable, said plunger (4) being inserted in, and constrained to, said body (3), so as to be vertically movable between a lowered position, for opening said mouth, and a raised position, for closing said mouth, an activating lever (5) rotatably coupled with said body (3) and with said plunger (4), said lever being movable between a first position, corresponding to said lowered position of said plunger, and a second position, corresponding to said raised position of said plunger. Said head (1) comprises a safety system (6) wherein, when said activating lever passes from said first to said second position, a moving means (60', 60") moves a breaking element (63), which breaks said tube, making it unusable.</p> |
