A transporting hanger according to the present invention includes a main frame which is arranged in the horizontal direction where segments of a continuous casting device are supported when transporting the segments; a plurality of legs which is positioned on both ends of the main frame in the vertical direction and of which the upper parts are arranged on the both ends of the main frame; hooks which are joined to the lower parts of the legs to fixate one side of the segment; and a width varying device which moves the legs on the main frame to be simultaneously separated from or simultaneously closer to the central portion of the main frame. The width of the transporting hanger according to the present invention can be varied so that all segments having different widths can be received when transporting the segments of the continuous casting device with the transporting hanger. Therefore, inconvenience for preparing hangers according to a sort of the segment can be reduced, and the spatial utilization can be improved, and working time can be reduced. Furthermore, the present invention enables the close management of the hanger as separate hangers per each segment are not necessary so that huge accidents caused by the absence of management can be prevented. |
