摘要 PURPOSE: A diamond tool and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure a high connectivity with the shank through the first blazing bond, and form the blazing bond of a plurality of layer with no effect on the first blazing bond. CONSTITUTION: A diamond tool(100) comprises a shank(110), the first blazing bond layer, and the second blazing bond layer. The first blazing bond layer is formed in a form of fixing the diamond particle by the first blazing bond, on the shank. The second blazing bond layer is formed in a form of fixing the diamond particle by the second blazing bond, on the first blazing bond layer. The first blazing bond is formed by melting the first powder, and the second blazing bond is formed by melting the second powder which has a lower melting point compared to the first powder. The first powder is a powder with the highest weight ratio of the silicone(Si), the chrome(Cr), the cobalt(Co) and the nickel(Ni). The first powder includes the silicone(Si): 1~10 weight%, the chrome(Cr): 5~15 weight%, and the cobalt(Co): 5~15 weight%, and the rest is made of the nickel(Ni).
