PURPOSE: A light emitting diode heat-radiated by a thermoelectric element is provided to obtain normal luminescence by cooling an element that is difficult to operate in a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A red, a green, and a blue light emitting diode (10) are mounted on a substrate (11). A heat radiation plate radiates heat generated from the substrate. A thermoelectric element (13) is fixed to the back surface of the heat radiation plate. The thermoelectric element cools the heat of the heat radiation plate. A heat radiation part radiates heat generated from the thermoelectric element to the air. |
