The present invention relates to a multi-jet mode electrospray nozzle capable of generating uniform droplets for a low-flow fluid and a high-flow fluid and an apparatus and method for electrospray using the same. The electrospray nozzle according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical nozzle body; and a plurality of fluid channels spaced apart from one another along the circumference of the nozzle body, wherein the fluid channels has a form of a groove which is cut from the outer peripheral surface of the nozzle body, extend to one end of the nozzle body, and have nozzle holes, respectively.
