PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent decrease of charge power, destabilization or malfunction due to a steep current while performing simultaneous charging of bootstrap capacitors.SOLUTION: One end of an output line is connected to a multi-phase motor, and the other end thereof is connected to a contact point between a high side switching element and a low side switching element. With respect to an inverter device including: a bootstrap capacitor provided to control ON/OFF of the high side switching element; a bootstrap switch connected between the bootstrap capacitor and the charging power source VD; a resistance; and a diode for bootstrap, the bootstrap switches 91, 92 and 93 are turned ON at different timing for each phase in a state that the low side switching element is ON, the bootstrap capacitors 71, 72 and 73 are started at different initial charge timing. |
