PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal device, a radio connection method, and a mobile communication system which can efficiently connect with a base station suitable for the terminal device in a short time and can provide a user with performance matching the user's purpose of the terminal use.SOLUTION: When a mobile communication terminal 1 is in a state receiving no user operation (idle state) for a predetermined time or more, the mobile communication terminal 1 accesses a connection history database 4 of an information history management server 3, also transmits position or area information detected by a GPS communication unit 40, and acquires connection information 6 associated with the position or area of the terminal, then performs radio connection with a base station on the basis of the connection information 6 and an application of which operation start is received by the terminal or the terminal settings. |
