PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filling nozzle which can prevent dripping of a liquid adhering to the inner and outer peripheries of a tip end of a pipe of the filling nozzle.SOLUTION: A liquid filling nozzle includes at least a pipe 3 through which a liquid flows and a valve mechanism 4 comprising a valve body 7 for controlling the flow rate of the liquid and an orifice 8, in the pipe 3. A coating layer 9 of fluorine nanoparticles is provided on the inner and outer peripheries of a tip end of the pipe 3. The pipe 3 is provided with a pipe vibrating mechanism 2 on the upstream side. |
