摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable operation and high-quality fluorescent images even when an excitation optical system and a detection optical system are mounted on a single scanning module.SOLUTION: In a fluorescence detecting apparatus, heat from a light source driver circuit 38 is transmitted to a substrate holder 34 via a projection 39. Since the rear face of the substrate holder 34 is away from a resin frame 33, heat of the substrate holder 34 is discharged into space. In this way, the heat of the light source driver circuit 38 is quickly discharged via the substrate holder 34 to enhance the heat radiating performance of the light source driver circuit 38. As a result, the operation of the light source driver circuit 38 is stabilized to enhance the quality of the fluorescent image that is obtained. Furthermore, since the substrate holder 34 is away from the resin frame 33, heat of the light source driver circuit 38 is not transmitted toward the resin frame 33 side. Hence, the resin frame 33 and the detection optical system fixed to and supported by the resin frame 33 are thermally deformed and deterioration in the fluorescent image quality can be restrained.
