PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel treatment device on which a pipe can be mounted before a transformation part is mounted thereon.SOLUTION: The fuel treatment device has a reforming part, an evaporation part and a transformation part which are arranged so as to annularly surround a combustion part arranged in the center, respectively. The pipe is connected to the evaporation part on the upstream side of the evaporation part. The reforming part is connected to the evaporation part on the downstream side of the evaporation part. The transformation part annularly surrounds the evaporation part and is arranged in proximity to the evaporation part. The innermost diameter of the transformation part is larger than the outermost diameter of the reforming part.
