PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation agent, a measurement/analysis method and a measurement/analysis device for evaluation of vasopermeability increase, capable of evaluating test animals in short time, simply, safety and accurately without a mercy killing in the case that the test animals are testing/experimental animals.SOLUTION: A vasopermeability increase is evaluated by: administering an evaluation agent including a near infrared fluorescent compound that emits a near infrared fluorescent having excellent light transmission properties in a living body into a blood vessel of a test animal having developed vasopermeability increase; irradiating a surface of inflammation part with a near infrared light of a wavelength of 600 nm to 800 nm; letting the administrated near infrared fluorescent compound absorb the irradiated light; detecting a light having a different wavelength radiated from the near infrared fluorescent compound, that is, a fluorescence as an image by using a device; and analyzing a total fluorescence quantity calculated from a luminance and a luminescent area of the detected fluorescence. |
