PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device capable of securing safety by minimizing a braking distance with a simple structure, and being used for a long term with high durability.SOLUTION: The drive control device typified by a brake device and a clutch device, switching and controlling transmission and cut-off of drive by locking or unlocking a locking section disposed at a drive transmission side and a locked section disposed at an operating side, includes a brake drum 1, and a pair of circular arc-shaped brake shoes 2, the brake shoes 2 are opened by pressing force from a cylinder 3 in operation, an outer peripheral side of the brake shoes 2 are brought into contact with an inner peripheral face of the brake drum 1 to stop rotation of the brake drum 1, and the inner peripheral side of the brake drum 1 and the outer peripheral side of the brake shoes 2 have the projecting and recessed locking portion and locked portion. |
