PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish finder that can stably acquire echo wave information in a desired confined area and displays sea chart images based on this echo wave information.SOLUTION: A desired confined area F is displayed as being partitioned into a plurality of areas f including approached partitioned areas f and unapproached partitioned areas f, and water depth cell data is prepared on the basis of echo wave information acquired for each partitioned area f to display a sea chart image on the confined area F. Therefore, unintended leaving of unapproached partitioned areas f depending on the display mode of individual partitioned areas f can be restrained, and detailed sea chart images on the desired confined area F can be stably obtained during navigation. |
