PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing jig capable of preventing camera shake and capable of adjusting and fixing an inclination angle when imaging a scratch and a foreign matter on a front surface of a plate-like substrate which is observable only from a specific inclination angle.SOLUTION: There is provided a fixing jig for imaging a scratch and a foreign matter on a front surface of a plate-like substrate which is observable only from a specific inclination angle. The fixing jig includes a substrate holding part capable of adjusting and fixing the inclination angle of a surface. The plate-like substrate is mounted in contact with four corner parts of the substrate holding part. |
