PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a position of a spacer, which is disposed between plate materials, relative to the respective plate materials in a suspension device formed by the plate materials.SOLUTION: A suspension device 1 includes an axle support part 14. The suspension device 1 includes: an inner panel 11; an outer panel 12 which is coupled to the inner panel so that an internal space 38, in which an axis line A of an axle passes, is formed between itself and the inner panel; and a spacer 40 which is disposed in the internal space and contacts with the inner panel and the outer panel in a vehicle width direction. The spacer includes: a pair of upper and lower extension parts 41 which are respectively disposed at the front and rear of the axis line of the axle and extend in a vertical direction; and a bridge part 43 connecting the pair of upper and lower extension parts with each other. The inner panel includes engagement protruding parts 73, 74 engaging with the spacer. |
