An optical lens and a mining cap lamp. The optical lens comprises a reflective surface (21) and an emergent surface (22). At least a light distribution curved surface (211) and a reflective curved surface (212) are arranged with the central position of the reflective surface (21) as a center and along the radius direction of the reflective surface. At least a Fresnel annular surface (221) and a plane (222) are arranged with the central position of the emergent surface (22) as a center and along the radius direction of the emergent surface. The light distribution curved surface (211) is used for refracting incident light on the reflective surface (21) onto the Fresnel annular surface (221) and the plane (222). The reflective curved surface (212) is used for reflecting incident light on the reflective curved surface (211) onto the plane (222) in a collimating way. The Fresnel annular surface (221) is used for projecting incident light, which is from the light distribution curved surface (211), on the Fresnel annular surface (221) out of the emergent surface (22) in a collimating way. The plane (222) is used for totally reflecting incident light, which is from the light distribution curved surface (211), onto the reflective curved surface (212), and projecting collimated incident light, which is from the reflective curved surface (212), out of the emergent surface (22) in a collimating way. |
