A thermally conductive sheet having a high frequency of contact between fiber fillers, and eliminating the need to impart a load to a heat-generating body and a heat-radiating body such as a load which impedes the normal operation thereof, when positioning the sheet between the heat-generating body and the heat-radiating body, without an end section of an exposed fiber filler failing to sink into the sheet, the thermally conductive sheet containing the fiber filler and a binder resin, and containing fiber filler not oriented in the thickness direction of the thermally conductive sheet in a proportion between 45% and 95% of the total fiber filler. |
