The present invention prepares a paint composition by mixing a water-soluble alkyd resin with 3000-4000 of number-average molecular weight and a melamine resin with 500-2000 of the number-average molecular weight with an additive in order to have enhanced water resistance, salt spray resistance, and the likes so that the paint composition can be suitable for coating bolts, nuts, piece and the likes; to maintain cleanliness of the surface of paint on which a film is formed by preventing dust and foreign material from being attached; to improve environment according to surrounding environments by expressing the surface of paint in various colors; and to be environmentally-friendly. When painting the processed bolts, nuts, and the likes, the painting can be directly performed in processing fields and uniformly dried in a short time using far infrared rays so that maintenance costs and transfer costs can be reduced more than a conventional method which plates the processed products after transferring to a plating factory. |
