The present invention relates to a dry outside insulation panel. The blocked outside insulation system according to the present invention is manufactured in advance and can be constructed with only assembly in a construction site. Therefore, construction of constant quality is possible regardless of skills of a worker, and processes are simplified. The present invention is also constructed in a large building or a high-rise building and is easily replaced or repaired so that life of the building can be extended, and a thermal bridge phenomenon can be reduced due to the shape of a frame. |
