According to the present invention, a frequency measuring device includes: a resonant frequency forming part forming a resonant frequency according to environment changes applied to a measured device including an electrically connected LC element and a frequency phase synchronization part oscillating a transmission frequency oscillating within a fixed range; an antenna formed with a coil transmitting energy containing the transmission frequency to the resonant frequency forming part using a magnetic induced coupling method; and a control part sensing a resonant frequency of the resonant frequency forming part by measuring the amount of energy changes according to the transmission frequency transmitted from the antenna.
