The present invention relates to a system for helping the sale of pharmaceuticals which includes a main server, a supplier terminal, and a retailer terminal, can manage estimates and orders of pharmaceuticals, and components, an expiration date, a price, and order and sale-related statistics of each pharmaceutical and can enable suppliers and retailers to manage the purchase, sale, prices, and sale-related statistics of pharmaceuticals using the supplier terminal and the retailer terminal, respectively. A method for operating the system for helping the sale of pharmaceuticals according to the present invention comprises: an estimate data receiving step for allowing, if a customer terminal requests an estimate to a retailer terminal, the retailer terminal to request, to a main server, data required for the estimate including the names and prices of pharmaceuticals and receive the data from the main server; an estimate sheet transmitting step for allowing the retailer terminal to transmit, to the customer terminal, an estimate sheet written with set prices and the data required for the estimate; an order sheet writing step for allowing, if the customer terminal sends an order to a retailer employee terminal, the retailer terminal to automatically write and transmit an order confirmation sheet to the customer terminal; and an order to supplier terminal step for allowing the retailer terminal to automatically write and transmit an order sheet to the supplier terminal, wherein the system includes the supplier terminal consisting of the computers or mobile personal terminals of suppliers receiving pharmaceuticals from a manufacturer, the retailer terminal consisting of the computers or mobile personal terminals of retailers receiving pharmaceuticals from suppliers, and the main server for making and managing estimate and order sheets through the supplier terminal and the retailer terminal.
