PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a light-emitting panel which makes it possible to use a manufacturing method having excellent mass productivity in manufacturing processes in common.SOLUTION: The light-emitting panel comprises a light discharge unit 10b for discharging light and a light penetration unit 10a for letting external light L3, L4 pass through. A penetration light-emitting region 10 has a light discharge unit for discharging light and a light penetration unit for letting light pass through. The light discharge unit has a light-emitting unit for discharging light and a conductive reflection layer 13 for shielding as well as reflecting light. The light-emitting unit has a conductive and light transmissive first electrode layer 12 electrically connected to one face of the reflection layer 13, a conductive and light transmissive second electrode layer 15 disposed oppositely to the first electrode layer 12, and an organic EL layer 14 interposed between the second electrode layer 15 and the first electrode layer 12. The light penetration unit has the first electrode layer 12 having the reflection layer 13 not located, the second electrode layer 15, and the organic EL layer 14. A space between the first electrode 12 and the organic EL layer 14 in the light penetration unit 10a is filled with a resin layer (insulating light penetration layer) 18. |
