PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus that transmits, when document data is deleted in an external device, the document data to another device.SOLUTION: In step S5, a handset transmits a transfer request to a base unit. In the transfer request, transfer of an output instruction including document data selected by a user is requested. In step S6, the base unit transfers the output instruction to the handset. In step S7, the base unit deletes the output instruction on the basis of setting data. In step S8, the handset executes the output instruction acquired from the base unit. In step S9, the handset transmits the executed output instruction to the base unit. |
