PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate measurement device capable of accurately detecting the change of the magnetic flux density of a leakage magnetic field even when the device is disposed on a large fluid flow passage, when the magnetic flux density of the leakage magnetic field changed due to an external factor, and when the device moves from an initial position.SOLUTION: A flow rate measurement device includes a magnetic sensor unit disposed outside a fluid flow passage having a magnetic member periodically moved each time a constant amount of fluid passes and configured to detect magnetic fields generated by the magnetic member in at least ways primary-independent of one another to output them as waveform data, calculation means for synthesizing the waveform data to generate magnetic vector data, and calculating a peak period, and flow rate calculation means for estimating the motion period of the magnetic member from the peak period, and calculating the flow rate of fluid. |
