PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device that has small end deviation without reference to temperature characteristics and also has good lighting efficiency.SOLUTION: A light source device includes: a light emission part; a columnar light guide body which guides light from the light emission part made incident from an end face toward a length direction and emits the light from a side face; a light guide body holder which covers an end face of the light guide body including the end face except at least a part of the end face; and a holder which includes a first opening and a second opening communicating with each other and holds an end of the light guide body holder on the first opening side slidably in the length direction, or extends or contracts the end of the light guide body holder in the length direction in the first opening or on the first opening to make the light from the light emission part incident on the light guide body through the second opening, or arranges the light emission part at the second opening and supports an optical filter between the first opening and second opening at a predetermined interval with the light emission part. |
