PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper type dust collector that prevents re-scattering of dust by suppressing drift current of exhaust gas to improve the collection rate of dust.SOLUTION: A dust collector collects dust in exhaust gas flowing a flue 4 with a collision plate 8 for shielding the flow of the exhaust gas and a hopper part 9 formed in the flue 4. In the flue 4, a straightening plate 10 for dividing the flow of the exhaust gas in a horizontal direction and guiding it is provided. By arranging the straightening plate 10, the horizontal drift current of the exhaust gas in a dust collection part 5 including the collision plate 8 and the hopper part 9 is prevented. Consequently, the re-scattering of dust is suppressed, and as the result, the collection rate of dust is improved. |
