PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification system capable of notifying the user of each mobile device of a notification message of a detected event, in an image processing system for detecting an event to be notified by processing an image captured by means of a camera, and transmitting the notification message of a detected event to a previously registered mobile device.SOLUTION: A smart terminal 13 includes an event search area setting function for storing the position information of own terminal, as a movement locus, while updating periodically, recognizing the travel speed and travel direction of own device based on the movement locus, and setting an event search area spreading in the direction of travel according to the speed and direction, and a notification function for selecting an event notification message that the place of occurrence of an event is within the event search area, registering the event notification message in a notification list, determining the notification priority of the event notification message registered in the notification list, and selecting an event notification message having a highest notification priority as a notification object. |
