The vehicle has a first vehicle seat (9) adjustable from a first position to a comfort adjustment in a displacement direction (Y). A second vehicle seat (10) is transferred from a use position to a stowed position. A safety device prevents the second seat from being transferred from the stowed position to the use position when the first seat is in the comfort position. The first seat has a drive unit i.e. projection, which co-acts with an output unit i.e. rotary lever in the comfort position of the first seat. The output unit is provided at the second seat.
