The present invention relates to an integrated generating apparatus having a flexible duct connecting part, wherein the integrated generating apparatus is capable of connecting the exhaust port of an engine and the exhaust duct of a ventilating apparatus with the flexible duct connecting part, thereby preventing vibration from deteriorating the function of the flexible duct connecting part or damaging the engine. The integrated generating apparatus of the present invention having the flexible duct connecting part comprises: the exhaust port installed at one side of the engine; the exhaust duct of the ventilating apparatus discharging exhaust gas from the engine to the outside; and the duct connecting part connecting the exhaust port and the exhaust duct, wherein the duct connecting part comprises: a body part providing the exhaust gas with a moving space; and flanges formed at both ends of the body part and respectively connected to the exhaust port and the exhaust duct, wherein the body part is made from a flexible material.
