PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hat interior attachment and a hat that can provide a user with a good feeling of fitness during use, and can be stored in a stable state when not used.SOLUTION: A hat interior attachment 1A for a helmet 100 comprises: a hammock 1 provided in a helmet body 110, to be in contact with the crown of the head of a user when the helmet body 110 is put on the head; and a head band 2 connected to the hammock 1 to extend from the forehead through the sides of the head and be in contact with the back of the head. The head band 2 includes a front member 12 to be in contact with the forehead, and a rear member 13 connected to the front member 12 to be in contact with the back of the head. The rear member 13 is provided with a protrusion 21a protruding downward to be in contact with the back of the head, and hinge parts 29 that houses the protrusion 21a into the helmet body 110 when not used. |
