PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection terminal structure capable of improving the connection reliability with a connected object, and to provide an interposer having the connection terminal structure and a socket.SOLUTION: A connection terminal structure includes: a substrate where a pad is formed on one surface; and a connection terminal where a fixing part is included at one end and a connection part contacting with a connected object is included at the other end. A first surface of the fixing part is joined to the pad through a joining part, and a groove extending from the first surface of the fixing part to the connection part side is provided on a surface of the connection terminal which faces the pad. The groove is filled with a part of solder forming the joining part. |
