PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for identifying disease resistance capable of swift decision at high precision without performing the measurement of the actual diseased degree in culture fields of crop, fruit tree, horticultural plant or the like, and to develop a method capable of identification of to field resistance whose detection is difficult with a gene marker, at high precision without limitation based on the kinds of plant seeds and diseases.SOLUTION: The method for identifying a disease damage resistant variety strain is characterized in that foliage of a plant obtained by culturing a crop or the like in a plant disease damage generating environment is used as a sample, and profiling ofH-NMR spectra is performed, thus the intensity of the resistance to diseases of a target plant for decision is decided. |
