PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select an information provider capable of efficient targeting distribution.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution device includes: a user information table, a determination unit, a request unit, and a distribution unit. The user information table stores user information about users. The determination unit determines, when being accessed by a user terminal, whether user information about a user of the user terminal is stored in the user information table. The request unit requests, when it is determined by the determination unit that the user information is not stored, an information providing device to transmit the user information. The distribution unit distributes, when it is determined by the determination unit that the user information is not stored, an advertisement content to the user terminal by using the user information obtained from the information providing device by the request unit. |
