PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer arc welded joint capable of improving fatigue strength without increasing costs and keeping properties necessary for a welded part, such as crack resistance and toughness, at a level equivalent to that of a conventional one.SOLUTION: A weld bead 2A adjacent to a weld toe 3 is formed by arc welding in which pure argon shielding gas and flux-cored wire are used, and the current or voltage waveform of a welder is a pulse waveform. The toe radius of the weld toe 3 is 1.3 mm or more. The Ms point of the weld bead is 400-550°C. The percentage of the weld bead 2A formed using the pure argon shielding gas and the flux-cored wire without crack defect in the entire multilayer weld metal 2 is 25% or less. |
