The torque transmission device (1) has an actuating device (10) for controlled adjustment of the transferable torque. The actuating device is comprised of an operating lever (11) having a drive region (12), an output region (13) and a bearing device (14). The actuating device is more actuatable at the drive region by an actuator (15). The operation of the operating lever is limited between two end stops. A tolerance compensation element is provided between the actuator and the operating lever in the region of the bearing device. An independent claim is included for a rotational torque device.
