The module assembly (1) has a semiconductor light module (10) that is accommodated in a supporting frame (11). The semiconductor light module has a cooling portion (12) in which a semiconductor light source (13) and a reflector (14) are received. An upper adjusting element (15) receives the reflector on the cooling portion and a lower adjusting element (16) connects the cooling portion with the supporting frame. The upper adjusting element has adjustment axis (15a) that is parallel to the light axis (13a) of the semiconductor light source.
