The present invention describes a capacitor for controlling power and a method for forming the capacitor. A mechanical conductive film of the capacitor for controlling the power can be moved from a first position to a second position or from the second position to the first position. Capacitance is changed according to the movement of the mechanical conductive film. A micro system power control capacitor is not restricted and can be used at various application fields such as an RF switch and an RF attenuator.
