A liquid crystal display device is provided to supply common voltage to each gate line to supply data voltage accurately and to compensate for coupling difference between a pixel and a common voltage terminal and to reduce data distortion by connecting a compensating capacitor between the gate line and the common voltage terminal. A liquid crystal display device comprises a system(31), a liquid crystal panel(35), a driving switch device, a gate driving part(33), a data driving part(34), a common voltage switching device, a timing controller(32), and a direct current converter(36). The liquid crystal panel has a coupling difference compensating capacitor between a pixel and a common voltage terminal. The liquid crystal panel has switching devices on gate lines(G1-Gn) and receives common voltage from each gate line. The data driving part supplies each data signal to data lines(D1-Dm) of the liquid crystal panel. |
