TANK CAR CHARGING AND DISCHARGING SYSTEM

A tank car charging and discharging system belongs to railway tank car pneumatic operations and remotely monitored top loading and bottom unloading. The tank car charging and discharging system comprises a charging and discharging device disposed at the bottom of a tank car and an overcharge automatic protection device (9) disposed on the top of the tank car. During medium loading on the tank car, when the medium reaches a preset height, the overcharge automatic protection device (9) provides a signal for ground equipment, and ground operation personnel decide to turn on or turn off the charging and discharging device according to the signal. The tank car charging and discharging system is high in safety, strong in reliability, and good in accuracy.
