<p>Disclosed are a copper-aluminium connecting pipe structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The copper-aluminium connecting pipe structure comprises an aluminium pipe (6), a copper-aluminium welding part (10) and a copper nut (2). A flared part is located at the copper-aluminium welding part (10), the copper nut (2) is sheathed on the outside of the copper-aluminium welding part (10) near the flared part. The wall thickness of the flared part is 0.2 mm - 4 mm, the wall thickness (t) of the aluminium pipe is 0.3 mm - 4.5 mm, the angle of inclination of an inclined plane of the copper-aluminium welding part (10) is 40-50°, and the outer diameter (D) of the aluminium pipe is 0.4-0.6 times the maximum outer diameter (D1) of the flared part. The structure is flared at the copper-aluminium welding part (10) and maintains sufficient strength. The manufacturing method comprises five procedures: welding, cutting and inversion, revision, assembly and flaring. The techniques of the method are simple and of low cost.</p> |
