<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device and a method for manufacturing the same which can prevent the increase in a driving voltage and can improve the characteristics by comprising a buffer layer in contact with a blue light emitting layer in order to assure blue characteristics, in a structure in which a red light emitting layer and a green light emitting layer are arranged in each pixel and the blue light emitting layer is commonly used in the pixels as overlapping with the red light emitting layer and the green light emitting layer. The organic light emitting device of the present invention includes: a substrate where a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel are defined separately; a first electrode formed on the substrate and a second electrode separated as facing the first electrode; a first light emitting layer formed in the first pixel and a second light emitting layer formed in the second pixel, between the first electrode and the second electrode; a buffer layer formed only in the third pixel, between the first electrode and the second electrode; a third light emitting layer formed over the first pixel, the second pixel, and the third pixel, on the upper part of the first light emitting layer, the second light emitting layer, and the buffer layer; a first common layer formed between the layers of the first light emitting layer, the second light emitting layer, and the buffer layer and the first electrode; and a second common layer formed between the third light emitting layer and the second electrode.</p> |
