PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel drying/condensing method and a device therefor in which an object to be treated can be dried continuously under normal pressure and device manufacturing cost can be reduced remarkably.SOLUTION: The drying/condensing method uses a steam re-compression type heat pump treatment device with which a heater is provided within a main body shell 10, a continuous conductive heat transfer dryer is provided which is configured to evaporate moisture by bringing an object to be treated into contact with a heat transfer surface of the heater, and further, carrier gas containing moisture evaporated from the object to be treated, exhausted from an exhaustion port 104 formed in the main body shell 10 is supplied as a heat medium. Overheat steam is supplied to the main body shell 10 as carrier gas and while bringing the inside of the main body shell 10 into normal pressure, moisture is evaporated from the object to be treated. |
