PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration wave driving device having high durability without increasing the number of fabrication working steps.SOLUTION: A vibration wave driving device has a vibrator having an electromechanical energy conversion element between a first elastic body and a second elastic body, and a mobile which is moved relatively to the vibrator by vibration excited in the vibrator when the mobile comes into contact with the vibrator and a driving signal is applied to the electromechanical energy conversion element. Lubrication oil is coated on at least one friction face of the first elastic body, the second elastic body and the electromechanical energy conversion element. |
